Get a full body cardio/toning workout with the resistance of an aerial bungee.  Defy gravity while you burn calories.  Come take flight, and experience a workout that is truly “Exercise in Disguise!”

Bungee Fitness Fundamentals

This class helps you get acquainted with the bungee, learn basic moves and then put them to the test in a 1 hour full body cardio/toning workout.  

Bungee H.I.I.T

 High intensity interval training with the resistance of an aerial bungee.  A 30 minute full body workout guaranteed, to shape and tone!

WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS:  The bungee equipment can only support a person that is a maximum of 225lbs. For your safety and to get the most out of the experience students will be asked to check their weight at the studio and offered the use of a scale. This is required so you can be attached to the correct number of bungees. If you weigh more than 225lbs you will not be permitted to take the class and you will not be refunded or credited for your purchase.

COUNTER INDICATIONS: Bungee Fitness is NOT recommend for anyone who has had surgery of any kind in the past six months or have chronic pain or a medical condition involving the shoulders, wrists, hands or low back. If you have any of these conditions please consult with a physician before participating in Bungee Fitness.

Aerial Fitness

60-minute aerial fitness training class fuses elements of conditioning, Pilates, dance, aerial arts and HIIT (high intensity interval training) on aerial hammocks. This highly effective fitness program is designed to strengthen, lengthen and tone your physique.  Learn to safely and gracefully execute inversions, tricks, flips, rolls and drops in this dynamic and challenging class(at your comfort level of course).

Space is limited, registration required!




A total body workout.  Aerial fitness increases overall flexibility and helps you to move more freely, with less effort, by counteracting gravity. Suspension in the air releases tension on the bones and muscles and increasing flexibility. Anti-gravity fitness builds muscle, strengthens core muscles and increases spinal and shoulder flexibility.


Please wear comfortable clothing that supports ease of movement. A snug fitting shirt is recommended to cover the torso when upside down. Please secure long hair away from the face/eyes. If you're new to aerial yoga please arrive about 10 minutes before class begins to sign a waiver and become oriented to the swing.


Contraindications to INVERTING include: Detached Retina, Glaucoma, Menstruation, High Blood Pressure, Low Blood Pressure, Pregnancy, Heart Problems, Sinusitis, Vertigo and Botox injections 24 hours prior - Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program and talk to your instructor about any concerns or questions you may have.

Lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks enhances sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.
