KIDS AERIAL YOGA KICK-OFF PARTY

Does your child have an interest in circus arts?  Do they love Cirque du Soleil, do they wish they could fly like Pink or just looking for a fun way to keep fit?  Now here's their chance, with Aerial yoga for kids.

As part of the NEW youth fitness program. Exercise in Disguise Fitness presents, Kids Aerial Yoga! Join us as we introduce one of the latest fitness trends to the area youth.  

 

Designed for ages 7 - 14, Kids Aerial yoga has all the fitness fun of adult classes, but specially designed with your little one in mind. They'll enjoy tricks, games and more in the comfort of an aerial hammock!
