60-minute aerial fitness training class fuses elements of conditioning, Pilates, dance, aerial arts and HIIT (high intensity interval training) on aerial hammocks. This highly effective fitness program is designed to strengthen, lengthen and tone your physique. Learn to safely and gracefully execute inversions, tricks, flips, rolls and drops in this dynamic and challenging class(at your comfort level of course).

A total body workout. Aerial fitness increases overall flexibility and helps you to move more freely, with less effort, by counteracting gravity. Suspension in the air releases tension on the bones and muscles and increasing flexibility. Anti-gravity fitness builds muscle, strengthens core muscles and increases spinal and shoulder flexibility.
Please wear comfortable clothing that supports ease of movement. A snug fitting shirt is recommended to cover the torso when upside down. Please secure long hair away from the face/eyes. If you're new to aerial yoga please arrive about 10 minutes before class begins to sign a waiver and become oriented to the swing.
Contraindications to INVERTING include: Detached Retina, Glaucoma, Menstruation, High Blood Pressure, Low Blood Pressure, Pregnancy, Heart Problems, Sinusitis, Vertigo and Botox injections 24 hours prior - Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program and talk to your instructor about any concerns or questions you may have.
